Amber is a Registered Herbal Therapist (RHT) based in Victoria, BC consulting with clients locally and internationally. Her background spans clinical herbal practice, formulation, and applied research.
Amber’s professional interests include research literacy in herbal medicine; the regulation of integrative healthcare practitioners and natural health products; and inclusive frameworks for medical pluralism where holistic and evidence-based care coalesce. She also works at the intersection of herbal medicine, functional medicine, lifestyle genomics, quantum science, and metaphysical health systems—including medical astrology—as tools for understanding constitutional patterns and supporting whole-person care.
Amber has served on the Board of Directors of the British Columbia Herbalists Association since 2019 and has held the role of Vice President since 2024. She currently chairs both the Member Engagement Subcommittee and the Policy Subcommittee, contributing to governance, engagement strategy, and policy tracking in support of the Association’s mandate.
She is committed to strengthening the BCHA’s role as a credible, member-driven professional body that supports clinical excellence, ethical practice, and the long-term sustainability of herbal medicine.
